We believe existing owners and new owners to the superyacht world are looking for a fresh unique approach to luxury yachting, a customisation and personalisation in both exterior and interior architecture with enough degree of avant-garde design content aligned to unique features while still retaining the real yachting spirit and importantly a realistic buildability. Many clients view their superyacht as their fourth or fifth residence, so there is certainly a requirement to create a highly personal space to work, relax, and play. Our approach is about creating more natural light and a greater connection to the ocean, split-height volumes, engaging light filled spaces, large glass areas and an inside-outside living environment. Lead times are as ever foremost in owners’ minds, and by working in advance with great international architectural talent and multiple shipyards we can seek to access the earliest build availability with a collection of beautifully crafted and detailed concept design proposals.
IMAESTRI stands for very high design intent, promoting a progressive new luxury in yacht styling with an attention to detail and exquisite detailing in all spaces, a more natural material palate representing creative ideas for a soulful interior architecture promoting a fresh spirit in superyacht ownership. We are passionate about inspiring well balanced elegant exterior forms and new deck plan innovations, creating more volume incorporating large entertaining areas, a more reductionist elegance, a new personal sophistication.
All detail areas on our yacht developments are highly important down to the finest detail, we take as much pleasure from a carefully crafted detail no matter how small as we do to the overall exterior form and interior architectural style. It is important to ensure each project we initiate as owners’ representatives are stunning, yet practical and eminently able to be built while we look to shorten delivery times wherever possible, and to essentially save our clients their scarcest resource, that of time.
We help clients to futureproof the yacht project around an advanced and reliable propulsion and energy system while we think ahead with the experts, the naval architects and engineering teams with the shipyard so that when new technology arrives our client’s new superyacht can be adapted to take advantage of future energy and technology improvements.

OUR TEAM
We are a passionate team of experienced design promoters, project developers, designers, engineers, project managers, and superyacht marketers, establishing exciting proposals in superyacht development. We have more than 30 years consulting in the superyacht world, with the very best architects and interior architects. Our team have experience of more than 60 superyacht launches. We have three distinct areas of activity, superyacht curation, owners’ representative, and superyacht project development.
IMaestri Signature Yacht has relationships with more than 500 of the world’s leading international signature architects, interior architects, and naval architects, including project management teams and the leading superyacht shipyards in northern and southern Europe.
We approach each owner with quiet confidence, and work with passion on an owner’s new project with total discretion, dedication, and confidentiality. We make the process of establishing a new build superyacht enjoyable, from initial vision to design brief, through the build cycle, sea trials and delivery. We act as a single point of contact, coordinating each stage with passion and knowledge to ensure we work to our clients agreed project budget and timeline, offering surety and peace of mind throughout.
IMaestri Signature Yacht assures all our clients and owners of the utmost discretion and confidentiality, as we represent their personal and individual project objectives. All information is kept strictly confidential and will only be shared on agreement in writing from the owner with collaborators purely for the new superyacht development.
WAYNE PARKER
Superyacht Design Consultant
Wayne Parker is the design principal and creative visionary behind Wayne Parker Design. Wayne provides dependable professional design service, creating designs that tell a unique and inspiring story for each client. Wayne has refined his craft working for award-winning design studios. His professional contribution and collaboration have played a key part in creating some of the world’s most prestigious yachts and architectural interiors. Extensive experience gained over the past three decades with the design and delivery of 20+ superyachts up to 162 metres in length, alongside multiple high-end residential projects, gives Wayne a deep understanding of the design and build process. This experience helps to avoid potential costly pitfalls and therefore remaining in budget.
RUI ROSA
Superyacht Design Consultant
Rui Rosa has been at the forefront of luxury design for over 20 years, having cultivated his skills under the watchful eyes of the some of the world’s leading luxury yacht designers, shipyards and builders. Over the past few years, Rui has carved out a niche in the luxury interiors market, raising the bar for high end design. Having worked on large commissions in the UK, Europe, America, Asia and Australia, Rui has honed his craft to perfection, understanding all details required to succeed at the highest level of the market.
Rui has been involved in the successful launch and design development of 12 luxury superyachts from 41–110m during his career, including123m Aurora.
ROD TRAUTMAN
Superyacht Technical Consultant
Rod Trautman began in superyachts in Australia in 1987 after an opportunity arose to leave an electrical career. Commencing work with Oceanfast, Rod joined a project team overseeing construction of superyachts up to 55m. Roles in weights, project management and co-ordination provided exposure and experience of key disciplines in superyachts such as design, structure, engineering, electronics and fitout. Moving to the UK in 1991, Rod expanded his experience through project management roles in design offices, shipyards, superyacht interiors and, latterly, client supervision on vessels of up to 100m+.
Currently an independent consultant, Rod is co-founder of a 123m Aurora design concept, and his work now focuses on the technical aspects of client representation.
DAVID MORGAN
Superyacht Interior Consultant
David’s career began in 1980 as Ship’s Joiner with Vosper Thornycroft, working on various vessel types before moving into interior manufacturing and fitting out. Currently consultant owner's representative in the build, supply, and management of superyacht interiors, he’s experienced in high-end interiors from concept to completion, and has engaged with some of the most exclusive superyachts working with designers such as Donald Starkey, RWD, H2, Candy & Candy and others. He has also worked in many internationally acclaimed shipyards and completed more than 30 projects ranging from 35–100m+. His work encompasses the management and integration of all aspects of superyacht interiors ensuring fully functional, aesthetic, and highest quality standards are delivered to the client.
IVAN HUSAR
Brand Director
Ivan is a founding partner of London based design studio Bunch (2002-2018), where his roles included MD, Head of digital and production, and Concept development. He has been leading all major Bunch in-house productions from digital and TV commercials to print projects. In 2017, he founded Lunch, a production agency. Over the years Ivan worked with diverse commercial and cultural clients ranging from Porsche Design, Diesel, Rolex, Red Bull, National Geographic, to Sony PlayStation, Coca Cola, HBO, Deutsche Telekom, Roche, British Pathe and others.
Ivan is collaborating with Neil Radnall & IMaestri on numerous projects since 2016.
MARK HURST
Creative Director
Mark founded C3 Creative Partnership with The Chase in 1992. In 1996 he left to pursue a career in advertising at BBH, Ogilvy, McCann-Erickson, and Howell Henry. As a Creative Director he wrote campaigns for Mastercard, Bacardi Breezer, Magnum, and many others. He was creative partner at MWO in London from 2008 to 2015, running Alpro across Europe, Wickes, and Swiftcover in the UK.
From 2016 he’s taken over the running of The Chase London to bring a fully integrated aspect to the team, to amplify the brand communications offering.
